Since 2012, North Electro-optics Group Co., Ltd. and North Electro-optic Co., Ltd. fromChina North Industries Group Corporation Limited (NORINCO GROUP)have jointly carried out targeted poverty alleviation work in ShanwangheVillage, Zhuanyaowan Town, Ansai District, Yan 'an City, according to the unified arrangement of the superior Party organizations.Over the past eight years, the two units have made work plans, detailed work measures, and paid close attention to practical results by focusing on the urgent difficulties and problems in helping villages. They started from the needs of the poor people to lift them out of poverty, and started from the aspects of industrial poverty alleviation, infrastructure construction and improvement of production and living conditions.In 2019, the per capita income has reached 11,843 yuan, the village got rid of poverty earlier. These two companies from NORINCO were rated as advanced units of poverty alleviation work by the Organization Department of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee.
