China North Talent Ability Development and Research Institution, a subsidiary of China North Industries Group Corporation (NORINCO GROUP), was founded in September 2009.The Institution is a development center of NORINCO GROUP in leadership, innovation, profession and self-cultivation which dedicates to developing and enhancing the capacity in HR, carrying out policy research, training up key personnel, talent and technology development and the “Modern SOE Research Magazine " publication. The Institution includes seven departments. They are the Administrative Office, Strategy Studies Center in talents, Leadership Development Department, Professionals Development Department, Party-masses Development Department, HR technology Development Department and “Modern SOE Research Magazine" Editorial Department. There are 35 staffs totally working in our institution, more than 42.27% of whom are postgraduates.
