By the end of September, 2011, 61 Burmese employees were hired by Wanbao Mining (Myanmar) Copper Co., of whom 4 persons were appointed vice president or representatives by Burmese partners. There were 16 Chinese staffs residing at the scene in local, in fact, the Burmese staffs constituted 79 percent of all staffs. Meanwhile, Wanbao Mining (Myanmar) Copper Co. urged the company of contracting geological survey to hire at least 16 employees in local, solving the problem about the low level education of the villagers.
