In 2011, With a theme of "Enhancing Organizational Vitality through Further Development of QC Circle Activities", International Convention on Quality Control Circles(ICQCC) was organized by the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers in Yokohama, Japan. Seven-color QC group of North Navigation Control Technology Co.,Ltd. under North Navigation Technology Group Co., Ltd., as a representative of three Chinese enterprises, attended the conference, whose Digital Opto-axes Parallelism Detection Method of Multi-optical Sensor won the highest award of international quality management system—Excellence Award.
